Glover Park Airy Addition

This Glover Park rowhouse renovation transformed a cramped, single-wall layout into a spacious, open-concept area. By adding 170 square feet, we created an island, ample cabinetry, and a cozy sitting nook. Skylights and tall sliding doors bathe the space in natural light, leading to a new deck perfect for entertaining.

The new kitchen layout maximizes efficiency and flow. The island serves as a central hub, while cabinetry lines both walls, providing ample storage and prep space. The addition of a small sitting area creates a multi-functional space for casual dining or relaxation. We also incorporated a powder room and expanded the basement to accommodate a laundry area.

The kitchen's aesthetic is warm and inviting. New oak flooring unifies the space, while the client's glass-front cabinet off of the kitchen, expertly framed by our carpenters, adds a touch of elegance. The combination of natural light, modern fixtures, and thoughtful design creates a welcoming and stylish environment.
