To create their dream home, these Bethesda homeowners purchased the property next door with to combine the two lots through a substantial renovation. The project included the construction of a new pool and deck area, a two-car garage, and a two-story addition featuring a family room, kitchenette, and guest suite. An ADU with a bedroom and living area was also added above the garage.
