Contemporary Logan Cricle Primary Bath

Our clients sought to transform their loft in DC’s Shaw neighborhood into a serene sanctuary. The existing primary bathroom layout didn’t meet their needs, so we reimagined the space by converting an adjacent hall bath into a powder room. This allowed us to expand the primary bath to create a luxurious, restorative space. The new design features a larger shower, modern fixtures, and a calming color palette to complement the loft’s urban aesthetic.

To optimize the bathroom space, we created a seamless flow between the primary bedroom and bathroom. By removing the tub from the hall bath and constructing a new wall, we gained valuable square footage for an expansive shower in the primary bathroom. A floating vanity with ample storage and a sleek wall-mounted toilet contribute to the clean lines of the design.

A minimalist approach defines the bathroom's aesthetic. A neutral color palette of white and gray creates a soothing ambiance. High-quality materials and fixtures elevate the space, while careful attention to detail ensures a flawless finish. The powder room complements the primary bath with a contemporary design that reflects the overall style of the loft.
