Cathedral Heights Earth Toned Elegance

This comprehensive renovation in Cathedral Heights centeredon improving function and flow throughout the home while reimagining centralspaces on both the first and second floors. The project transformed the kitchenlayout, expanded the primary suite, and updated mechanical systems.

On the first floor, we opened up the kitchen and reworkedthe layout to improve efficiency and flow. A new skylight above the kitchenintroduces natural light into the space, while built-in storage in the new mudroomand powder room adds thoughtful utility. We also raised the opening between thekitchen and living room to improve sightlines and create a more connected floorplan.

Upstairs, we converted the rear bedroom and bathroom into atrue ensuite, featuring a custom tiled shower, and double vanity. The adjacent bedroom was repurposed as a walk-in closet with roomfor a future laundry center. We also renovated a second bathroom and upgradedplumbing, electrical, and HVAC throughout the home, adding a dedicated systemfor heating and cooling to enhance year-round comfort. Additional touchesincluded replacing the HVAC vent in the third-floor bedroom and evaluatingselect windows for replacement. The result is a well-integrated update thatblends thoughtful interior reconfiguration with critical improvements,modernizing the home while preserving its architectural integrity.
