Chevy Chase Craftsman Bathrooms

This project involved a complete transformation of a brick home to create a modern and functional living space for a growing family. The existing layout was inefficient, with three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and bathroom awkwardly arranged on the first floor. To address this, we reconfigured the entire first floor to create an open and inviting family living area and added a second story to accommodate additional bedrooms and bathrooms, resulting in a significant increase in square footage.

The interior design is characterized by a clean and contemporary aesthetic, with a focus on functionality and natural light. The addition features a neutral color palette, complemented by modern lighting fixtures and sleek hardware.
