Historic Takoma Park Bathrooms

Our clients fell in love with this charming 1900s Takoma Park home but desired refreshed bathrooms. To expand the space, we carefully designed a modest addition that seamlessly integrated with the home's historic character. Collaborating with the local historic review board ensured the project aligned with the neighborhood's architectural heritage. The addition provided valuable extra square footage, enhancing both kitchen and overall home functionality. Careful attention was paid to maintaining the home's original footprint while incorporating modern design elements. We worked with the city of Takoma Park’s Historic Review Board to ensure the addition did not disrupt the historic structure.
