Cleveland Park Contemporary

This project brought new life to a Cleveland Park home, transforming key areas to better suit modern living while honoring the home’s original charm. The renovation focused on the kitchen, mudroom, and powder room, as well as a new rear deck that enhances the home’s connection to the outdoors.

The kitchen was reimagined as a contemporary centerpiece—open, functional, and perfect for everyday use or entertaining. Just beyond, a new mudroom with custom built-ins was added to keep the family organized, while a relocated powder room allowed for a more intuitive and efficient layout. Outside, the addition of a rear deck extended the living space and created a natural flow from interior to exterior.

Throughout, the design balances clean lines and modern finishes with thoughtful touches that respect the home's character. These updates not only modernized the home—they elevated its everyday livability in a way that feels both timeless and fresh.
