Glover Park Airy Expansion

This Glover Park rowhouse renovation expands a home with a thoughtfully designed one-story addition, and reimagines the kitchen as a spacious, open-concept centerpiece of the home. The new kitchen layout adds 170 square feet to improve both function and flow. The central island is designed to be the heart of the kitchen, providing both prep space and seating for casual dining. Ample cabinetry lines both walls, offering generous storage and organization. A cozy sitting nook is incorporated for additional comfort and relaxation. Skylights and tall sliding doors flood the space with natural light, further elevating the warm, inviting atmosphere. A glass-front cabinet, expertly framed by our carpenters, brings an added touch of elegance to the kitchen’s design. The harmonious use of oak flooring, modern fixtures, and natural light creates an elegant yet functional space ideal for cooking, entertaining, and daily living. The addition also includes a welcoming deck, extending the living space outdoors for enjoyment and entertaining.
