For this Chevy Chase modern exterior renovation, we added a new patio and new entrance with a mudroom to provide the homeowners much-needed improved function and functionality.

The new patio situated at the front of the house, provided a welcoming outdoor space. The mudroom addition features a bay window with a window seat, providing additional seating and natural light and a newly designated area for shoes, coats, and bags, keeping the entryway organized.

The focus of this project was on creating a stylish and functional exterior and entryway that complemented the existing architecture. The use of high-quality materials, such as Ipe siding, will ensure a durable and visually appealing finish.
