Historic Cleveland Park Outdoor Oasis

The Cleveland Park patio & deck involved the creation of a new patio and roof deck, as well as the refurbishment of an existing garage. The project required historic review and approval due to the property's historic nature.

The new patio features large format flagstone pavers, while the roof deck is constructed with new steel columns, beams, and a Trex Transcend deck surface. Exterior GFCI outlets were mounted in the metal railing posts for convenience. And a new black metal spiral staircase was built to provide access to the roof deck.

The Trex Transcend decking on the roof deck is both durable and stylish, while the black metal spiral staircase adds a touch of industrial chic. The overall design of the project is cohesive and complements the historic character of this Cleveland Park property.
