Modern Annapolis Waterfront Farmhouse

This Annapolis waterfront home underwent a dramatic transformation to create an open and inviting space that maximizes stunning water views. The goal was to seamlessly connect the kitchen, dining room, and living areas while infusing the design with a sense of light and luxury.

To achieve this, we removed non-load-bearing walls, opening up the space and creating a unified Great Room. Custom cabinetry, featuring a two-tone design with high-gloss finishes, differentiated the various zones while adding a touch of modern elegance.

Luxurious details, such as onyx countertops with backlit backsplashes, elevated the design and complemented the stone fireplace. The addition of a serving bar provided extra counter space and storage, perfect for entertaining.
