For this project, our team created a sustainable haven for multiple generations, weaving eco-conscious materials into a future-proof layout throughout the home. Our clients sought a transitional design for downsizing and optimizing a more compact space, aging-in-place features, separation of space to empower each family member’s comfort, and the flexibility for rental income and an adaptable garage-to-garden outdoor living space.
