This Crestwood, DC project aimed to refresh and outdated kitchen and update the second floor primary and hallway bath. The kitchen underwent a significant overhaul, featuring a new layout to expand and maximize space, new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, owner-supplied appliances and lighting. An induction cooktop was also incorporated, offering benefits such as faster cooking times, precise temperature control, and easier cleaning.
On the second floor, the hall bathroom and primary baths were updated and renovated to improve storage, enhancing functionality.
In the kitchen renovation the selection of the induction cooktop allows for a sleek cooktop design, contributing to a modern look. In the hallway bath the bright and patterned wallpaper and the dark green tile in the primary bath add a touch of color and personality and flair.
