Kalorama Co-Op Transformation

This complete interior renovation revitalized a historic Kalorama co-op apartment, transforming it into a modern and functional living space. The project encompassed a new kitchen featuring custom varied countertop heights, a renovated primary bathroom and bedroom suite, updated hall and powder room, and a complete interior remodel. The goal was to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of the 1928 unit while preserving its classic charm.

The renovation focused on creating an open and inviting floor plan. The existing layout was redesigned to maximize space and functionality, with a particular emphasis on the kitchen design. Custom countertop heights were incorporated to accommodate the homeowners' specific needs. The primary bedroom suite was expanded to create a luxurious retreat, and a new powder room was added to the foyer for increased convenience.

The design aesthetic seamlessly blends contemporary elements with classic details, reflecting the building's rich history.
