Rooftop Oasis with Outdoor Kitchen

This U Street Corridor project transformed a rooftop space into a private Caribbean escape. The client desired a lush, outdoor living area complete with a functional kitchen. The design incorporates Ipe decking, a spacious L-shaped kitchen with marine-grade cabinetry, and a built-in fire pit.

The rooftop's layout maximizes the space by creating distinct zones for dining, lounging, and entertaining. The L-shaped kitchen is the focal point, offering ample countertop space and storage. The fire pit, cleverly concealed within a coffee table, adds warmth and ambiance.

The Caribbean theme is brought to life through the use of rich espresso cabinetry, cool granite countertops, and the natural warmth of Ipe decking. Lush greenery and colorful accents achieve the tropical oasis feel. The rooftop's architectural features, including the corner tower, easily integrates the space into the surrounding urban environment.
