Chevy Chase Complete Transformation

This custom whole home project transformed a Chevy Chase ranch home into a multi-level, multi-generational haven. Our clients sought to expand their living space, enhance accessibility, and infuse the home with a contemporary California-inspired aesthetic. The project encompassed a 4,928 square foot area, including a significant second-story addition and a state-of-the-art elevator.

The first-floor layout was reimagined to create an open, inviting space perfect for entertaining and everyday living. A gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, and a welcoming front porch were key features of this complete transformation. The second-floor addition provided ample room for four new bedrooms, three new bathrooms, and a secondary laundry room. The elevator seamlessly connects all three levels of the home.
