1990
Humble Beginnings
Ethan and Chris Landis found the company, operating out of their truck.They handled all aspects of the business, including design, project management, construction, and the accounting,
1994 - 2002
Growth and Expansion
The company's growth necessitated a move to home offices. Chris creates a home office in his attic, and Ethan creates a home office is his basement. Jeff Fox, Andrew Kerr, and Michael Gotthelf join the team during this period.
2002
The Landis Building
Landis purchased a dilapidated glass warehouse and decided to rebuild it. The company temporarily operated out of a smaller office space on the first floor. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mayor Fenty.
